The outer layer is partially taped for extra protection and features an adjustable hood, a two-way waterproof zipper partially covered by a storm flap, two zippered pockets, adjustable cuffs, and reflective side details for enhanced visibility in low light. The design includes a removable, padded inner jacket with a hood, reversible with one quilted side and one smooth solid-colored side. It has welt pockets and an inner zip pocket on the quilted side. It attaches to the outer layer via a central zipper, a snap button on the hood, and loops on the cuffs and collar. The two layers can be worn together or separately depending on weather conditions or desired style.
