The New Amalfi jacket is made in a stretch wool blend with a herringbone weave that creates a vertical wavy effect, and has a stretch lining on the main body and a jacquard lining on the sleeves. The slim fit, padded shoulders and shaped waist flatter the female figure, while the double-breasted closure with two buttonholes has visible buttons on one side only. Peak lapels, a welt breast pocket, two front flap pockets, vents at the cuffs and two overlapping vents at the sides of the back to ease movement complete the piece. The finishing touch is the logo label in lingerie-inspired macramé lace, applied to the hem of one sleeve.
In dark blue, it is a jacket to pair with the matching trousers for an elegant suit, or with dark jeans and a white shirt. A women's wardrobe classic revisited the PINKO way, to stand out with class even on the most formal occasions.
